Secure payment in our online store

Please understand that we may not be able to offer certain payment methods in individual cases.

  • Prepayment

If you choose to pay in advance, please transfer the invoice amount to our account in advance. We will send you the bank details in a separate e-mail and deliver the goods after receipt of payment. We reserve the goods for 14 days. Please note that the bank transit time takes an additional 1-2 days.

  • PayPal

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize yourself with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the online store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Please note the e-mail address stored in your PayPal account, as this is binding for buyer protection. You will receive further information during the order process.

  • Credit card / debit card

If you choose the credit card payment method, you authorize the invoice amount in advance at your expense. The amount will be credited to us immediately

  • Klarna

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the Klarna website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Klarna, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the online store, we request Klarna to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by Klarna immediately afterwards. Please note the e-mail address stored in your Klarna account, as this is binding for the buyer protection. You will receive further information during the order process.

  • Apple Pay / Google Pay

During the ordering process, we will redirect you to the Apple Pay / Google Pay website. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via Apple Pay / Google Pay, you must be registered there or first register, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the online store, we request Apple Pay / Google Pay to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. Please note the e-mail address stored in your Apple Pay / Google Pay account, as this is binding for buyer protection. You will receive further information during the order process.

  • Cash payment on collection (by appointment only)

You pay the invoice amount in cash on collection. Collection on site is only possible by prior arrangement.

  • Voucher

When paying with a voucher, the invoice amount will be reduced by the amount on the voucher. If the credit balance is not sufficient to pay for the order in full, you can use other payment methods such as prepayment and PayPal.
