Delivery time
The delivery times for each item are listed in our online store. The delivery of the goods as standard shipping takes place in Germany within 2-3 days, as express shipping on the next day (Monday to Friday), after order confirmation (with prepayment after receipt of payment). Please note that the bank transit time takes an additional 1-2 days. If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will send the goods in one shipment. In this case, the delivery time depends on the item with the longer delivery time.

Items that are not in stock have an estimated delivery time of up to 5 weeks, unless otherwise stated.

Pick up on site
You can collect your order in person from our premises. We will be happy to send you further information on request.

Special/forwarding vehiclesrsand
For the delivery of goods that do not correspond to the standard dimensions (bulky goods), we offer special/forwarding shipment (only in Germany). We select this shipping method for items with maximum dimensions of 120x60x60 or weighing 31.5 kg or more, with protruding parts or packaging that is not dimensionally stable (solid cardboard, corrugated cardboard, paper). Special delivery conditions apply to bulky goods, which we will be happy to inform you of on request.

Shipment tracking
Each shipment has its own tracking number (tracking ID). You will receive this with the order or shipping confirmation by e-mail. You can call up the status of the delivery at any time after approx. 18-36 hours using the link provided.

Deliveries to non-EU countries
Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to additional duties, taxes and fees. These are generally levied by the country of destination. Import duties are levied by the respective customs authority. All additional customs duties, taxes and fees must be paid by the recipient. These are based on the import regulations of the respective country. Further information can be obtained directly from your local customs authority.
