Measures to verify the authenticity of Google reviews.
Our customers have the opportunity to rate our online store on our My Business profile on Google. Up to 5 stars can be awarded for the rating and a comment can also be added to the rating.
The star rating displayed represents the average of all the ratings given so far. It also shows how many ratings the star rating is based on.
A Google account is required to leave a review. This information usually allows us to check whether the review was submitted by a customer who actually purchased from our online store.
Technical measures.
Reviews are not immediately displayed on our store pages. This only happens after a member of our customer service team has checked and manually approved the review.
Manual measures.
After a review has been submitted, a customer service employee checks whether the author of the review has actually made a purchase in our online store. If this is the case, the review will be approved regardless of whether the review is positive or negative. Only after this approval will the review be displayed on our store pages.
