You have a 14-day right of withdrawal.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us (Carbon Modifications, Hermann-Brack-Straße 7, 34497 Korbach, Deutschland, E-Mail: sales@carbon-modifications.com) of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). You can use the attached sample withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including the delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that you have incurred because you have chosen a delivery other than our cheapest standard delivery), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive your declaration of withdrawal. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case within fourteen days at the latest from the day on which you informed us of your revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen-day period. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:

Contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated and whose manufacture is based on an individual choice or specification by the consumer or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Contracts for the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if the seal has been removed after delivery.

Contracts for the delivery of goods if they have been inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery due to their nature.
